The Library, usually used as a common area and a 2nd bathroom for all guests, can be a bedroom exclusively for guests unable to take the stairs. The adjoining bathroom door with step in shower and built in shower bench seats, but the bathroom doorway is only 28″ wide so may not fit all wheelchairs.
Bayfields 
My wife, son and I spent the weekend and had a fabulous time. We stayed in the Ivy & Holly suite. Robin and Kurt are gracious and agreeable hosts. The rooms were comfortably cool in August due to natural cross ventilation and ocean breezes. Breakfast was fresh organic free-range eggs from Robin’s coop. We kayaked from their shoreline on the West River across from its outlet into the Chesapeake. The atmosphere was very relaxed, just what we needed. On the way home, my wife said, “Bob, this was your best find ever!” We’ll be back.
